An unusually complete trial record
Tesamorelin is a growth-hormone-releasing factor analogue, and unlike most compounds sold as research peptides it has been through phase 3. The trials were conducted in HIV-infected patients with excess abdominal fat and are published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.1 A follow-up analysis examined the relationship between visceral fat reduction and metabolic markers.2 That is a far stronger evidence base than most of this catalogue, and it is worth knowing it was built in one specific patient population rather than in healthy volunteers.
What a Certificate of Analysis is worth
Every box ships with a batch-specific COA. Batch-specific is the part that matters: a certificate for a different lot says nothing about the vial in your hand. Check the batch number on the certificate against the number printed on your box.
Why the strength matters to the price comparison
Tesamorelin is one of the more expensive compounds in the catalogue, and the gap between 10 mg and 20 mg per vial is large. A supplier quoting a single headline price without saying which strength it refers to is not giving you a comparable number. All three strengths are published per vial and per box.

Common questions
Is tesamorelin legal in the UK?
Approved and legal are two different questions, and they get conflated constantly. Selling a research chemical to a laboratory is not the same act as supplying a medicine, and tesamorelin holds no UK marketing authorisation that would make the second lawful. As laboratory research material, yes; as something administered to a person, no, and nothing on this site should be read as supporting it.
