Retatrutide in the UK: Legal Status, Prices and Supplier Checks
Last reviewed
Whether retatrutide can be bought legally in the UK, what it costs per vial, where it actually is in development (the compound the market shortens to reta peptide), and how to check any supplier, us included, before ordering. To order research material, go to the retatrutide product page.
The short version
- Legal status. Retatrutide is not a licensed medicine anywhere. In the UK it can only be supplied as laboratory research material, never for human use.
- Price. Nine strengths, 5 mg to 100 mg, in boxes of 10 vials from £5.82 ($7.66) per vial. Every strength is priced on the product page rather than quoted on request.
- What to check. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis whose batch number matches the box, from a laboratory that will confirm the report. Ours come from Janoshik or Freedom Diagnostic.
Guide
What a UK buyer should know
Points you can check independently. Nothing here is a claim about what retatrutide does, or a statement that it is safe or effective for any purpose.
Where it actually is in development
Retatrutide is investigational. It is a single molecule that activates three receptors — GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon — and its phase 2 results are published in the New England Journal of Medicine.1 Eli Lilly has since reported phase 3 results and has said it plans to file with the US regulator in early 2027, but retatrutide is not approved in any country. A supplier describing it as available for human use is describing something that does not legally exist.
What a Certificate of Analysis is worth
Every box ships with a batch-specific COA from Janoshik or Freedom Diagnostic. Batch-specific is the part that matters: a certificate for a different lot tells you nothing about the vial in your hand. Check the batch number on the certificate against the number printed on your box, and check that the laboratory named on it will confirm the report if asked.
What delivery involves
We are UK-based, and orders ship tracked from our UK stock or direct from our verified manufacturer, depending on availability. Material shipped from outside the UK can be held, inspected or returned by customs; if that happens we reship a seized order once per customer at no cost, and a parcel whose tracking stalls is reshipped free.
Why price per vial is the number to compare
Suppliers quote in different units. A price per box of ten is not comparable with a price per vial, and a price for 5 mg is not comparable with one for 30 mg. Our catalogue publishes price per vial and price per box side by side at every strength, so the comparison is direct.

Common questions
Is retatrutide legal in the UK?
Research chemicals sold for laboratory use are not medicines and are not licensed as such. Retatrutide holds no marketing authorisation anywhere in the world, which means there is no lawful route to supply it for human use in the UK. It is supplied here as a research material only. Our guide to peptide legality in the UK sets out the distinction in full.
When will retatrutide be available in the UK as a medicine?
Only once the MHRA grants it a UK marketing authorisation. It has none today, so no doctor or pharmacy can supply it, and nobody can honestly give you a date. Anything offered for human use before then is unlicensed.
How much does retatrutide cost in the UK?
Research-grade retatrutide starts at £5.82 ($7.66) per vial in a box of ten. All nine strengths are priced per vial and per box on the product page, because a price hidden behind an enquiry form cannot be compared with anything. What is listed is what you pay.
What strengths does retatrutide come in?
Nine: 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, 40 mg, 50 mg, 60 mg and 100 mg, each in a box of ten vials.
Where can I buy retatrutide in the UK?
As research material, from a supplier that publishes its prices and a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis. Ours is on the product page; orders are confirmed over WhatsApp before anything is dispatched, which is also where you can ask to see the batch COA first. There is no account to create and no minimum order. You will sometimes see the compound misspelled retatutride; it is the same material either way.
