Research blend: BPC-157 and TB-500 co-lyophilised in one vial

Wolverine Blend

Wolverine Blend is a two-peptide research preparation containing BPC-157 and TB-500 co-lyophilised in a single vial at 5 mg of each. The name is an informal one used across the research-chemical market, not a registered product, a brand, or an approved formulation. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed vials, boxed in tens, for laboratory research use only. We list what each component is studied for and say plainly where the evidence stops. A supplier claiming these blends work synergistically is describing an expectation, not a finding.

Pricing

How much does Wolverine Blend cost?

Wolverine Blend starts at $12.43 per vial (£9.82), sold in boxes of 10 at $124.28. One box is the smallest order and there is no trade account or minimum spend. Larger volumes are negotiable.

Important: Both components are prohibited in competitive sport under the WADA S0 category for non-approved substances. There are no published clinical trials of this combination, and the amount of each peptide is a market convention rather than a researched ratio.

Handling

How should Wolverine Blend be stored and reconstituted?

Lyophilised storage. Sealed vials are stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. For longer-term storage keep at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture.
Reconstitution. Bacteriostatic or sterile water is introduced slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Do not inject the stream directly into the powder and do not shake.
Dissolving. Swirl gently until clear. Peptides are shear-sensitive; vigorous agitation can degrade the compound.
After reconstitution. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted peptide has a materially shorter working life than the lyophilised form.
Freeze–thaw. Repeated cycles degrade peptides. Aliquot before freezing where a protocol requires multiple uses.

Research Context

What is Wolverine Blend researched for?

Below is a plain-English summary of what published research has investigated, and what it has found. These are descriptions of research activity and published results. They are not claims about what Wolverine Blend does, and nothing here is a statement that it is safe or effective for any purpose.

Research status BPC-157 and TB-500 each have their own preclinical literature - rat tendon and gut injury models for one, actin and cell migration for the other. What has not been studied is the pairing: no published trial has tested the two together, and the 5 mg to 5 mg ratio is a market convention rather than a researched one. Neither has completed human trials, neither is approved in any country, and both are prohibited in competitive sport under the WADA S0 category.

What each component is studied for

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide investigated in rat tendon, ligament and gut injury models, where the most-cited mechanism is increased expression of VEGF receptor 2 and the formation of new blood vessels. TB-500 is a fragment of thymosin beta-4 studied for its effect on actin, the protein cells use to build their internal scaffolding and to migrate into a wound. 123

Why the two are paired

The reasoning is mechanistic rather than experimental. Growing new blood vessels and moving cells into damaged tissue are different steps in the same repair sequence, so combining a peptide studied for each is expected to be complementary. That is an argument, not a result.

What is not established

No published study, animal or human, has tested BPC-157 and TB-500 given together. The 5 mg to 5 mg ratio is a market convention rather than a researched one, and whether the two are additive, synergistic or interfering is genuinely unknown.

Applications

Where Wolverine Blend is used in the laboratory

  • Combination protocols where BPC-157 and TB-500 are applied to the same model rather than tested separately
  • Soft-tissue and connective-tissue repair models, drawing on the separate published literature for each component
  • Actin dynamics research, the mechanism most cited for TB-500, alongside angiogenesis research, the mechanism most cited for BPC-157
  • Method development where one co-lyophilised vial removes a reconstitution and measurement step from the workflow

Verification

Does Wolverine Blend come with a COA?

Yes — every box. Each batch of Wolverine Blend is analysed by Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostic. The certificate confirms identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, and is tied to the batch number printed on the vial label. You can ask to see it before you order.

Questions

Wolverine Blend questions, answered

Why are BPC-157 and TB-500 supplied together in one vial?

Consistency and convenience. Co-lyophilising fixed amounts of both peptides means the ratio is identical in every vial of a batch and removes one reconstitution step from the bench workflow. It is a formulation decision, not evidence that the two work better together - no published controlled study has tested this specific combination.
