What a blend actually changes

A practical comparison of the four blends in this catalogue. Nothing here is a claim that combining compounds produces an effect greater than the components, and no published study has tested these specific combinations.

Wolverine: BPC-157 and TB-500

Five milligrams of each, co-lyophilised. These are the two most requested compounds in the catalogue and the pairing is the most common in the research-chemical market. The reasoning is mechanistic rather than experimental: growing new blood vessels and moving cells into damaged tissue are different steps in the same repair sequence. No published study has tested the two together.

GLOW and KLOW: the difference is one component

GLOW is BPC-157 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg and TB-500 10 mg. KLOW is the same three plus KPV 10 mg. That single difference is the whole distinction between them, and it is worth knowing before paying the higher price for KLOW. Both are catalogued under skin and cosmetic research because GHK-Cu anchors them.

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin: the one with published support for the pairing

This is the only blend here where the principle behind combining the components has been tested in humans. Giving a GHRH analogue together with a growth-hormone-releasing peptide produces a larger growth hormone response than either class alone. The synergy work used GHRP-class peptides rather than ipamorelin specifically, and the 5 mg to 5 mg ratio is a market convention, but the mechanism is not merely asserted.

What a blend does not do

Fixing a ratio is a formulation decision. It makes every vial in a batch identical and removes a reconstitution step from the bench, which is a real convenience. It is not evidence of synergy. A supplier claiming these blends work better than their components is describing an expectation, not a finding.

Do any of these have published trials?
