1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NobelPepLab website (nobelpeplab.com) and any purchase of products or digital content from us.

NobelPepLab is a UK-based wholesale research peptide supplier. We sell research peptides and related educational materials. You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email, and order through our cart (sent to us on WhatsApp or by email) or at our online checkout. Every order is confirmed before it is dispatched.

NobelPepLab is the trading name of NOBELPEPLAB LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17535715. Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. This address is for official post only: please don’t send orders or returns there. Email: enquiries@nobelpeplab.com.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order with us (on WhatsApp, by email or at our online checkout), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place an order.

3. Research use only

By placing an order, you confirm the following:

• You are purchasing the products for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.
• You are not purchasing the products for personal consumption or administration to any person or animal.
• You are aware of and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction governing the purchase, possession, and use of research peptides.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

NobelPepLab accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or for any use outside of legitimate research purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Ordering process

You can order in three ways: by sending your cart to us on WhatsApp or by email, by paying in cryptocurrency at our online checkout, or, where our checkout offers it, by ordering online and paying by bank transfer. An order sent on WhatsApp or by email follows these steps:

Online crypto checkout. At the checkout you enter your delivery details, confirm the products are for laboratory research use only, and are shown the full price including delivery before you pay. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when your payment is confirmed on the blockchain and we email you a payment confirmation. If we cannot supply your order after that, we will tell you and refund you in full. You receive emails when your order is paid, packed and shipped, and your order page shows its progress and tracking number.

Online bank-transfer orders. At the checkout you choose bank transfer, enter your delivery details and confirm the products are for laboratory research use only. Nothing is paid at this stage. We check stock, then show our bank details, the amount to pay and a payment deadline on your private order page, and email you when they are ready. If we cannot supply everything, we may reduce the quantities; your order page then shows the new total before you pay, and you may cancel instead. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm your payment has arrived. You receive emails when your order is paid, packed and shipped.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per box of 10 vials at flat wholesale pricing. Pricing may be negotiated for larger volume orders.

Products are priced and invoiced in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) elsewhere on this website are an indicative conversion provided for convenience only; they are not a quotation and are not binding, except for online bank-transfer orders, where the GBP total shown at the checkout and on your order page is the price you pay. The USD figure we confirm in your WhatsApp or email ordering conversation is the price that applies. Where payment is made in a currency other than USD, the amount debited depends on the exchange rate and any fees applied by your bank or payment provider, and may differ from the indicative GBP figure shown.

Bundle discount. Orders of 10 or more boxes in total, in any mix of products, receive a 5% discount on those products. Bacteriostatic water is not counted towards the 10 boxes and is not discounted. The discount is shown in the cart and applied to your quote before payment. We may change or withdraw it at any time; the figure on your confirmed quote is the one that applies.

Bank transfer and crypto discount. Orders paid in full by bank transfer or cryptocurrency receive a 5% discount on the product total. It is applied to your quote before payment, after the bundle discount and any other promotion shown on this website, and may be combined with them. It does not apply to shipping. We may change or withdraw this discount at any time; the figure on your confirmed quote is the one that applies.

Paying at the crypto checkout. We accept USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network and Bitcoin on the Bitcoin network. The price is in USD; the checkout shows the exact amount of USDT or Bitcoin to send and our receiving address. The amount is held for 30 minutes (for Bitcoin, at the exchange rate when the window opens; you can open a new window at the current rate). A Bitcoin payment is confirmed after two network confirmations. Payments that arrive late are still matched to your order for 24 hours after it is placed. You must send the exact amount, on the network shown, to the address shown on your order page: we never send a different address by message. Payments sent on a different network or to a different address may not be recoverable, and we are not responsible for them. Any fees charged by your wallet or exchange are yours; a payment up to 1% short is accepted as payment in full, and if more is missing your order page shows the balance to send. If the balance is not paid within 24 hours we will contact you to complete the payment or refund what you sent. Overpayments are refunded. Discount codes, where offered, apply to the product total after the bundle discount and before the crypto discount, and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Paying by bank transfer. Online bank-transfer orders are priced in pounds sterling (GBP): the USD total converted at the rate shown at the checkout. Pay the exact amount shown on your order page, with your order number as the payment reference, within 3 days of our bank details appearing there. If the full amount has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock released; we email you a reminder the day before. Any fees charged by your bank, including for international transfers, are yours; if less than the full amount arrives, your order page shows the balance to send. Our bank details are only ever shown on your order page. We never send different details by message or email, and we are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.

NobelPepLab is not currently VAT registered. If this changes, prices will be updated accordingly.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price we confirm in your WhatsApp or email ordering conversation or, for an order placed at our online checkout, the total shown there when you placed it, or the lower total we show you before you pay if we reduce the quantities.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders ship either from our UK stock or, when an item is not in UK stock, directly from our verified manufacturer. We tell you which route your order will take before you pay, and every parcel is tracked. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Delivery is a fixed tracked price by destination, shown in your cart and at the checkout before you pay: $80 to the UK and Europe, $90 to the United States and the rest of the world, and free to any destination when the product total is over $1,000 (USD, before the bank transfer and crypto discount). Delivery times are estimates only. NobelPepLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier delays, incorrect address details provided by the buyer, or circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are tracked. For orders placed on WhatsApp or by email, tracking details are sent on WhatsApp once the order is dispatched; for orders placed at our online checkout, by email. Free delivery covers postage only. Import duties are included in the delivery price for every destination, including on free-delivery orders. If customs or the carrier charge any unexpected duties, taxes or fees on delivery, the buyer pays them.

7. Returns and refunds

This section sets out the terms on which goods may be returned and refunds paid. A plain-English guide, including how to report a problem, is on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

8. Digital guide purchases

The Peptide Sourcing & Verification Guide is a digital PDF product sold at £29.99 via Gumroad and is priced and charged in GBP — the one exception to the USD pricing described in section 5. The following terms apply:

• — The guide is delivered as an instant digital download via Gumroad immediately after payment.
• — Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, the guide is non-refundable once purchased, unless the file is corrupted or undelivered.
• — The guide is licensed for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the content of the guide with third parties.
• — The information in the guide is provided for educational purposes. NobelPepLab makes no guarantee that acting on the information in the guide will produce any specific result.

9. Product quality and Certificates of Analysis

All products are supplied with a manufacturer-issued Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent third-party analytical laboratories, reporting purity by HPLC and confirming identity by mass spectrometry.

COAs are manufacturer-issued batch documents. While we verify and review all COAs before listing products, NobelPepLab is acting as a reseller and not as the original testing laboratory. We make no warranty that results from any specific batch will be identical to the COA provided.

Any purity or quality claims on this website refer to typical product specifications as indicated by COA documentation. They are not a guarantee of any specific research outcome.

10. Private labeling service

NobelPepLab offers a private labeling service for resellers. By commissioning private labeling, you agree to the following:

• — You are responsible for ensuring that any branding, labeling, and marketing you apply complies with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• — You confirm that you will not market or sell the products for human consumption.
• — Custom label orders have a 5–7 working day turnaround from payment confirmation. NobelPepLab is not liable for delays beyond this estimate.
• — Design artwork submitted by you must be your own or properly licensed. NobelPepLab accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from artwork you supply.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law:

• — NobelPepLab is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.
• — Our total liability in any matter arising from or in connection with an order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
• — We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from use of our products outside of their stated research-only purpose.
• — Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website, or any part of it, without notice. We do not guarantee that the website will be free from errors or available at all times.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
