1. About us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NobelPepLab website (nobelpeplab.com) and any purchase of products or digital content from us.

NobelPepLab is a UK-based wholesale research peptide supplier. We sell research peptides and related educational materials. Our primary contact method is WhatsApp, and all orders are negotiated and confirmed via WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our website or placing an order with us (via WhatsApp or enquiry form), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place an order.

3. Research use only

By placing an order, you confirm the following:

• You are purchasing the products for legitimate laboratory or research purposes.
• You are not purchasing the products for personal consumption or administration to any person or animal.
• You are aware of and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction governing the purchase, possession, and use of research peptides.
• You are at least 18 years of age.

NobelPepLab accepts no responsibility for misuse of products or for any use outside of legitimate research purposes. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

NobelPepLab does not operate an automated online checkout. All orders are placed and confirmed via WhatsApp conversation. The ordering process is as follows:

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per box of 10 vials at flat wholesale pricing. Pricing may be negotiated for larger volume orders.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed. NobelPepLab is not currently VAT registered. If this changes, prices will be updated accordingly.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed during the WhatsApp ordering conversation.

6. Shipping and delivery

Products are fulfilled directly from our manufacturer in China. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

Delivery times are estimates only. NobelPepLab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier delays, incorrect address details provided by the buyer, or circumstances beyond our control.

All shipments are tracked. Tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched. The buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees in their country.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of research peptide products (temperature-sensitive biological compounds), we are unable to accept returns once goods have been dispatched unless the product is demonstrably defective or incorrectly supplied.

8. Digital guide purchases

The Peptide Sourcing & Verification Guide is a digital PDF product sold at £29.99 via Gumroad. The following terms apply:

• — The guide is delivered as an instant digital download via Gumroad immediately after payment.
• — Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, the guide is non-refundable once purchased, unless the file is corrupted or undelivered.
• — The guide is licensed for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share the content of the guide with third parties.
• — The information in the guide is provided for educational purposes. NobelPepLab makes no guarantee that acting on the information in the guide will produce any specific result.

9. Product quality and Certificates of Analysis

All products are supplied with a manufacturer-issued Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent analytical laboratories including Janoshik Analytical and Freedom Diagnostic. COAs confirm peptide identity and purity via HPLC and Mass Spectrometry.

COAs are manufacturer-issued batch documents. While we verify and review all COAs before listing products, NobelPepLab is acting as a reseller and not as the original testing laboratory. We make no warranty that results from any specific batch will be identical to the COA provided.

Any purity or quality claims on this website refer to typical product specifications as indicated by COA documentation. They are not a guarantee of any specific research outcome.

10. Private labeling service

NobelPepLab offers a private labeling service for resellers. By commissioning private labeling, you agree to the following:

• — You are responsible for ensuring that any branding, labeling, and marketing you apply complies with the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• — You confirm that you will not market or sell the products for human consumption.
• — Custom label orders have a 5–7 working day turnaround from payment confirmation. NobelPepLab is not liable for delays beyond this estimate.
• — Design artwork submitted by you must be your own or properly licensed. NobelPepLab accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from artwork you supply.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law:

• — NobelPepLab is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.
• — Our total liability in any matter arising from or in connection with an order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
• — We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from use of our products outside of their stated research-only purpose.
• — Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
