How much does Tesamorelin cost?

Tesamorelin starts at $16.07 per vial (£12.70), sold in boxes of 10 at $160.71. One box is the smallest order and there is no trade account or minimum spend. Larger volumes are negotiable.

Handling

How should Tesamorelin be stored and reconstituted?

Lyophilised storage. Sealed vials are stable at room temperature for short periods during transit. For longer-term storage keep at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture.
Reconstitution. Bacteriostatic or sterile water is introduced slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Do not inject the stream directly into the powder and do not shake.
Dissolving. Swirl gently until clear. Peptides are shear-sensitive; vigorous agitation can degrade the compound.
After reconstitution. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted peptide has a materially shorter working life than the lyophilised form.
Freeze–thaw. Repeated cycles degrade peptides. Aliquot before freezing where a protocol requires multiple uses.

Research Context

What is Tesamorelin researched for?

Below is a plain-English summary of what published research has investigated, and what it has found. These are descriptions of research activity and published results. They are not claims about what Tesamorelin does, and nothing here is a statement that it is safe or effective for any purpose.

Research status An approved prescription medicine in the US and Canada for one specific indication. Not approved in the UK. Prohibited in competitive sport under the WADA S2 category.

Growth hormone axis stimulation

Tesamorelin is a full-length GHRH analogue, carrying the complete 44-residue signal rather than a fragment. The hexenoyl group on the N-terminus protects it from the enzyme that would otherwise clear it within minutes. 1

Visceral fat research

Its approved clinical use concerns reduction of excess visceral abdominal fat in a specific patient group, and the majority of the clinical literature sits there. 12

Comparative GHRH pharmacology

As the most complete GHRH analogue available, it serves as the reference point when studying shorter analogues such as CJC-1295 and Modified GRF 1-29.

Applications

Where Tesamorelin is used in the laboratory

  • GHRH receptor pharmacology and agonist binding studies
  • Lipid metabolism research in cell culture models
  • Comparative stability studies against native GHRH(1-44)
  • Analytical characterisation of N-terminally modified peptides

Verification

Does Tesamorelin come with a COA?

Yes — every box. Each batch of Tesamorelin is analysed by Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostic. The certificate confirms identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, and is tied to the batch number printed on the vial label. You can ask to see it before you order.

Questions

Tesamorelin questions, answered

How does Tesamorelin differ from native GHRH?

Tesamorelin retains the full 44-residue GHRH sequence but adds a trans-3-hexenoyl group at the N-terminus. Native GHRH is rapidly cleaved by dipeptidyl peptidase-4; the added group slows that degradation considerably while preserving receptor binding.

How much does Tesamorelin cost?

Tesamorelin starts at $16.07 per vial, sold in boxes of 10 vials at $160.71 per box (about £126.96). 2 strengths available: 10 mg, 20 mg. There is no minimum order.

What purity is your Tesamorelin?

All batches test at 99%+ purity. Every box ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostic, confirming identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC.

Is there a minimum order for Tesamorelin?

No. You can order a single box of 10 vials. There is no trade account, bulk commitment or minimum spend.

How is Tesamorelin shipped?

Tracked and in discreet, plain packaging, dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates are UK 5–7 working days, EU 8–10, USA 5–8 and rest of world 10–12. Full detail is on the shipping page.
