We confirm stock

Bank transfer, card, PayPal or crypto — only once we have confirmed your order. Nothing is charged before that.

Order placed with our verified supplier. Picked, packed with its batch-specific COA, and quality-checked.
Photo confirmation
Before it leaves us, we send you a photo of your completed order to check against.
Dispatch and tracking
WhatsApp and email orders: once you confirm the photo, it ships in discreet, plain packaging and your tracking number comes to you on WhatsApp. Online checkout orders ship as soon as they are packed; the photo and tracking number come by email.

Every order has a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) from an independent third-party laboratory, sent free on request.
Private Label Orders
Custom branding and vial cap orders require 5-7 working days for processing before dispatch.
Returns & Replacements
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from your confirmed order, tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference, photos and the batch number. We send a prepaid return label and replace it free.
Unopened, factory-sealed boxes can be returned within 14 days if you change your mind, and you can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Lost parcels are reshipped free. Full returns & refunds policy.
Common questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–3 working days to the UK for orders from UK stock, or 5–7 when sent from the manufacturer (Royal Mail, tracked), 5–8 to the United States (FedEx, tracked), 8–10 to the EU and 10–12 to the rest of the world, estimated from dispatch.
Is every order tracked?
Yes. Every destination ships tracked. For WhatsApp and email orders your tracking number comes on WhatsApp once you have confirmed the photo of your packed order; for online checkout orders it comes by email when the order ships.
Are there extra delivery charges?
No. Delivery is a fixed tracked price shown in your cart before you send your order: $80 to the UK and Europe, $90 to the USA and the rest of the world, and free to any country on orders over $1,000 (free delivery covers postage). Import duties are included, so you know the full cost before you pay. If customs charge anything unexpected on delivery, you pay it.

What if my order has not arrived?
Message us on WhatsApp if it has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if there is any problem with the delivery, and we will sort it.
What is your returns policy?
