Where it is in development

Retatrutide is an investigational molecule that activates three receptors — GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Its phase 2 trial is published in the New England Journal of Medicine,¹ and Eli Lilly has since reported results from its phase 3 program. Lilly has said it plans to file with the FDA in the first quarter of 2027. Until the FDA approves it, retatrutide is not a drug that can be prescribed in the US, and anything offered for human use is an unapproved drug.

What a Certificate of Analysis is worth

Every box ships with a batch-specific COA from Janoshik or Freedom Diagnostic. Batch-specific is the part that matters: a certificate for a different lot tells you nothing about the vial in your hand. Check the batch number on the certificate against the number printed on your box, and check that the laboratory named on it will confirm the report if asked.
