Synthetic heptapeptide, tuftsin analogue
Selank
Selank is a synthetic heptapeptide derived from the endogenous immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin, extended with a proline-glycine-proline tail that improves stability against enzymatic degradation. It is supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed vials, boxed in tens, for laboratory research use only.

Research Context
What is Selank researched for?
Below is a plain-English summary of what published research has investigated, and what it has found. These are descriptions of research activity and published results. They are not claims about what Selank does, and nothing here is a statement that it is safe or effective for any purpose.
Anxiolytic research
Selank was developed from tuftsin as an anxiolytic candidate. Rodent studies report changes in anxiety-related behaviour without the sedation, tolerance or dependence associated with benzodiazepines, which is the main reason interest persists. 1
GABA and serotonin systems
Animal work reports changes in the expression of GABA-A receptor subunits and in serotonin turnover. These are the pathways most commonly proposed to explain the behavioural observations. 2
Peptide stability design
Tuftsin itself is cleared almost immediately. Adding Pro-Gly-Pro to the C-terminus slows that enough to make the molecule usable, the same approach taken with Semax. It is a clean illustration of how terminal extensions protect very short peptides.

Verification
Does Selank come with a COA?
Yes — every box. Each batch of Selank is analysed by Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostic. The certificate confirms identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC, and is tied to the batch number printed on the vial label. You can ask to see it before you order.
Example COA. You receive the certificate matching your own batch.
Questions
Selank questions, answered
What is Selank derived from?
Selank is built on tuftsin, a naturally occurring tetrapeptide fragment of immunoglobulin G. The addition of a Pro-Gly-Pro tail at the C-terminus substantially slows enzymatic cleavage, which is the same stabilising strategy used in Semax.
How much does Selank cost?
Selank starts at $7.01 per vial, sold in boxes of 10 vials at $70.14 per box (about £55.41). 2 strengths available: 5 mg, 10 mg. There is no minimum order.
What purity is your Selank?
All batches test at 99%+ purity. Every box ships with a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical or Freedom Diagnostic, confirming identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC.
Is there a minimum order for Selank?
No. You can order a single box of 10 vials. There is no trade account, bulk commitment or minimum spend.
How is Selank shipped?
Tracked and in discreet, plain packaging, dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery estimates are UK 5–7 working days, EU 8–10, USA 5–8 and rest of world 10–12. Full detail is on the shipping page.
