Private Label and White Label Peptides

Selling under your own brand is a print job attached to an existing supply chain, and most of what goes wrong is artwork and expectations rather than product. This page sets out what is involved from our side, what we need from yours, and the questions worth settling before a first run rather than after it.

The short version

  • Your artwork, our product. Vial labels, the outer box and the insert card all carry your branding.
  • Waterproof label stock. Vials get handled, refrigerated and occasionally condensate on. Paper does not survive that.
  • Ten cap colours to differentiate compounds or strengths across a range.
  • Five to seven working days turnaround, with minimums and print cost confirmed before anything is committed.
  • Tracked worldwide on the same terms as any other order.

What private labelling involves

The practical detail, in the order it usually comes up.

What actually gets printed

Three surfaces carry your branding: the vial label, the outer box and the insert card. The vial label is the constrained one. There is very little area on a 2 ml vial once the compound name, strength and the research-use-only statement are on it, so brand marks have to work small and in one or two colours. Designs that rely on fine detail or tonal gradients tend not to survive the size reduction, and it is worth seeing a proof at actual size rather than on screen.

Artwork, and what makes a run go smoothly

Send vector artwork where you have it. A logo supplied as a small raster image cannot be enlarged cleanly for a box and will look soft in print even where it looks fine on a website. Confirm before the run which compound names and strengths appear on which labels, because a mismatch between the label and the vial is the one error that cannot be corrected after filling.

Compliance stays with you

A private label makes you the face of the product to your customer, and the presentation obligations follow the branding. Research-use-only statements must remain on the labelling, and any additional claims you add are yours, not ours. This matters more than it sounds: presentation is what determines regulatory classification, so a label that implies human use changes what the product is considered to be regardless of what the underlying material is.

Minimums, cost and turnaround

Print has a setup cost that does not scale down, which is why private label runs carry a minimum where a standard order does not. Both the minimum and the print cost are confirmed up front rather than estimated, and turnaround is five to seven working days once artwork is approved. Tracked shipping is the same as on any other order.

What does not change

The material, the testing and the documentation are identical to the standard catalogue. Every box still carries a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik or Freedom Diagnostic, and you can pass that to your own customer. Private labelling changes what is printed on the outside, not what is in the vial or what is known about it.

Research use onlyEverything we supply is for laboratory research use only, including private label runs. Labelling must retain that statement, and no page on this site gives dosing or administration guidance.

Common questions

What is white label peptide supply?

Buying finished product and selling it under your own brand rather than the manufacturer name. In practice it means your artwork is printed on the vial labels, the outer box and the insert card, and everything else about the product stays the same.

What is the difference between private label and white label?

In most usage they describe the same arrangement and the terms are interchangeable. Where people draw a distinction, white label tends to mean a standard product rebranded as is, and private label a product configured to some extent for the buyer. What we do fits either description.

What is the minimum order for private label peptides?

There is a minimum, because print setup costs do not scale down to a single box, and it is confirmed up front alongside the print cost before anything is committed. Standard catalogue orders have no minimum at all.

How long does private labelling take?

Five to seven working days once artwork is approved, then tracked shipping on the same terms as any other order.

Can I put my own claims on the label?

Research-use-only statements have to stay. Anything you add beyond that is your responsibility, and presentation is what determines how a product is classified, so a label implying human use changes the regulatory position of what is inside it. We will not print labelling that removes the research-use-only statement.

Do private label orders still come with a COA?

Yes, batch-specific and identical to any other order, which you can pass to your own customer.
